The therapeutic space can be a great place to safely explore all dimensions of the Self and tap
into inherent strengths and potential in order to create a life more joyful and meaningful. Our
approach is individualistic and tailored to each individual; We usually pull from different
treatment modalities as well as eastern and western philosophies, based on the clients’ needs and
personal beliefs and views. Our practice is emphasized on wholeness and deals with the
integration of mind, body, and spirit. It is a Psycho-Spiritual approach that integrates
psychological theories and spiritual practice. Our approach often integrates emotional release
work, inner child work, mindfulness and somatic experiencing. People often confuse spirituality
with religion, however spirituality can often have little to do with religion. Spirituality is your
own experience of self, being and connection. A spiritual practice is a starting point of balance in
our lives. It speaks to everything you do in order to lead a life that is filled with acceptance,
compassion, meaning and purpose. If you are seeking more meaningful and conscious
